| European Council useus streaming |
 For the first time, during the US president's visit to Brussels, the European Council used live and on-demand streaming of the arrivals, the round table and the press conference. The March summit was again webcasted on the council's website. This project was brought byVideohouse, who is the hostbroadcaster at the Council.

We are happy to announce the start of new operations and an office in Hilversum, The Netherlands, providing Telemak with the perfect environment to expand its business in the Dutch market.
Tim Koeleman, a pioneer in streaming media and web development since 1995, will lead the Dutch operation. He is very confident the company will be able to extend its business in the Netherlands.

During the winter, we had some important international guests visiting Brussels. 
At the turn of the century Telemak was contracted by the European Space Agency to develop an automated system for encoding of video files right out of the online edit suite.
